PURPOSE:To realize effective utilization of geotherm as well as energy saving and reduce heating and cooling cost by a method wherein the geotherm is used under accumulating it into a heat accumulating section or after accumulating it once. CONSTITUTION:Underground water W. being primed in the bottom of a geotherm take out hole 1, is mixed and, thereafter, the geotherm is taken out of the geotherm take out hole 1. Then, geotherm is supplied into the ventilating paths 4a-4e of the building 3 by incoming pipes 2a, 2b branched from a geotherm supplying pipe 2 to heat or cool a room in the building. Simultaneously, the geotherm, supplied from the geotherm supplying pipe 2, is supplied into and accumulated in the heat accumulating section 7, formed in the ground 6 under the floor of the building 3. Here, the geotherm supplying pipe 2 is arranged in heat collecting stones 13 meandering form. |
