摘要

PURPOSE:A natural-type human interferon-gamma having high safety and obtained by culturing a specific transformed cultured animal cell. CONSTITUTION:A nucleus DNA coding human interferon-gamma and a DNA sequence connected with the above DNA and containing the promoter domain of other gene functioning in a cultured vertebrate cell, are prepared beforehand. A cultured animal cell is transformed with the nucleus DNA sequence, and the transformed cultured animal cell is proliferated in the body of an animal or in a culture liquid to produce human interferon-gamma.
