PURPOSE:To enable the supply of data required in analyzing an accident, by starting operation on the basis of the change in quantity of state generated when a plant is abnormal to store data before and after the generation of abnormality and performing the printing output of said data according to the request of an operator. CONSTITUTION:The quantity of state of a power plant is read in a plant input apparatus 2 by a detector 1 and various conditions from an operator console 8 are stored in a condition memory area 7 through a conversation means 6 and, corresponding to the collection condition thereof, the quantity of state is collected and preserved in a collected data memory area 4 from the apparatus 2 by a group data collection means 3. In this case, a start means 10 started by the accident of the plant such as a plant trip and a memory means 11, 12 for storing collected data before and after the trip are provided while a collected data output part for outputting collected data at the time of the trip is provided in the means 6 and the generation of the plant trip is read in the means 10 through the apparatus 2 by the detector 1 and the quantity of state in the area 4 is transited to the means 11 to preserve the data of a trip prescribing time in the areas 4, 12. |
