<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of line-use maintenance cost becoming high, since the line contract of large capacity, which corresponds to maximum use quantity, is necessary to be made between a network side and a user side. SOLUTION: In a band-securing type virtual private network system 1, an IP tunnel 16 is constituted between a network side low-order router 12 connected to a communication network, and a user side router 13 and sound transmission, band capacity in an IP tunnel 16, is secured. The system is provided with usage quantity setting means 21 and 31 setting usage setting quantity on sound transmission band capacity in the IP tunnel 16, within the range to maximum use setting quantity on sound transmission band capacity in the IP tunnel 16 between the network side low-order router 12 and the user side router 13 and band securing control means 22 and 32 securing sound transmission band capacity in the IP tunnel based on use setting quantity which is set in the use quantity setting means.</p> |
