PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a retroreflective sheet easy to recycle, less liable to emit poisonous gases, etc., when discarded or incinerated, not harmful to the global environment, less liable to stick and excellent also in flexibility and transparency. SOLUTION: The retroreflective sheet has at least one layer comprising a propylene polymer [I] which satisfies (1) a fraction (mmmm) of a meso pentad of 0.2-0.6 and (2) the relation of [rrrr/(1-mmmm)]<=0.1 between the fraction (rrrr) of a racemic pentad and (1-mmmm). The retroreflective sheet has at least one layer comprising a resin composition containing 1-99 mass% propylene polymer [I] and 99-1 mass% olefin polymer [II].
