PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To block the deterioration of output audio characteristics due to the influence of power source noise in a digital amplifier system. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a switching control means 20 for generating a first switching control signal and a second switching control signal, with which this first switching control signal is inverted, with equal timings on the basis of an inputted audio signal, the first and second switching control signals generated by that switching control means 20 are supplied individually to the control terminals of first and second switching means 32 and 34 and switched by push-pull, so that an audio signal amplified by switching of a power source is provided, and radiation caused by two switching means is canceled, so that the deterioration of output characteristics caused by power source noises can be prevented.
