PURPOSE:To execute an analysis with extremely small quantity of sample, reagent and cleansing liquid by providing an extremely small reaction chamber inside a rotary body of reaction container. CONSTITUTION:A changeover valve 23 is switched by the command of a controlling device 21 first in case of the analysis and the sample is fed into a center through hole 13 of a fixed body 11 from a sample liquid feeding device 24 and at the same time a rotary body 12 is rotated at high speed by a motor 20. The sample then enters a U-shaped hole 17 from the through hole 13 via a hole H of the rotary body 12 and a center hole 16, and is gathered like a film on the wall of the back part 22 of the hole 17 by a centrifugal force. When a reagent is similarly introduced to the back part 22 from a sample liquid feeding device 26 by the changeover of the valve 23, then, the reagent reacts with the sample adhered to the wall of the back part 22. The rotary body 12 is stopped after completion of the reaction and a solvent is introduced via the hole 13 from a solvent feeding device 27 with the changeover of the valve 23, and then the reactant dissolved by the solvent thereof is fed to a cell 30 through a hole 18, a groove 14 and a through hole 15 of the fixed body 11 and is analyzed thereupon. |
