<p>A multilayer polypropylene film comprising a crystalline polypropylene layer and a crystalline propylene/.alpha.-olefin or crystalline propylene/.alpha.-olefin/ethylene copolymer layer containing 10 to 30% by weight of a C4-C18 .alpha.-olefin, 0 to 5% by weight of ethylene and 15% by weight or less of a 20.degree.C xylenesoluble polymer. The film has improved heat sealing properties and slipperiness.</p>
