Regulating valve for radiators to control flow of a heating medium through the latter, has an electromechanical drive for such control and a temperature- dependent electronic control device spacially separated from one another. The electronic control device (34) is arranged in one part (2) of a two-part housing, the second part of which (1) is fastened to the radiator and contains the electromagnetic drive which may be a servo-motor (24) which, via a control member (13), adjusts the regulating-valve body (19) controlling heating medium through the radiator.
