PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an angular velocity sensor in which a tuning fork is easily supported nearly in parallel to a base. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the angular velocity sensor is provided with a process in which a holding member 37 holding the tip part of the tuning fork 21 is placed on the base 30, a process in which the connection part 24 of the tuning fork 21 is placed on a support base 29 and in which the tip part of the tuning fork 21 is placed on the holding member 37 and a process in which the holding member 37 is removed after an adhesive has been hardened. |
