PURPOSE:To manufacture effectively the grains of organic compd. excellent in fluidity by constituting the part connected with the other cylinder close to an aperture of a slit member which is interposed freely attachably and detachably and also providing a perforated bore having a specified shape. CONSTITUTION:A cooling medium 7 which is maintained at the temp. of the m.p. and below of an organic compd. is provided under a double cylindrical vessel 1 and transferred in the direction shown by an arrow by being interlocked with the rotation of an outer cylinder 4. An inner cylinder 2 of the double cylindrical vessel 1 is fixed to a stand and a feed pipe 8 opened to the inside of the cylinder 2 through which the melt of the organic compd. is fed therein and the heat insulating apparatuses 9, 9' by which the solidification of the melt is prevented are provided to the cylinder 2. In the inner cylinder 2, a slit-shaped aperture 3 perforating the inner cylindrical wall is cut to the nearest position facing the scale belt 7 and the melt is discharged from the aperture 3.
