PURPOSE:To attain high speed drive by connecting circulatingly address terminals of each memory module for a prescribed way so as to uniform a load connected to each address signal line. CONSTITUTION:Address terminals of memory modules A-D of signal in-line package structure are shifted one by one so as to attain circulating connection with terminals 1a, 2b, 3c..., 2a, 3b, 4c..., then length of signal lines connected to addresses S0, S1... is averaged and becomes nearly identical even when the length of wires in the mudules A, B... at the terminals 1a, 1b..., 2a, 2b... is different each other and the load connected to each address signal line is uniformed. Thus, the drive waveform of each address signal line is uniformed and high speed drive is attained. |
