PURPOSE:To prevent dust from scattering in the neighborhood when a material is supplied by providing a dust collecting hood around a chute installed vertically beneath a conveying measure. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical chute 61 is installed vertically beneath the conveying measure 20 and a dust collecting hood 68 is provided around the chute 61. When the material 3 is thrown from the measure 20 into the pot 28, the measure 20 falls, the lower section of the chute 61 enters the pot 28 and a specified amount of the material 3 is supplied securely into the pot 28 with precaution that the material 3 is not spilled over and so that a trouble is not caused by the material 3 spilled at places other than the pot 28. When the material is thrown from the chute 61, dust does not scatter around the neighborhood because the dust is collected from the hood 68. |
