PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC card, a manufacturing method of the IC card and a manufacturing device of the IC card capable of surely preventing generation of recession and protrusion on a surface of the card and thereby surely performing distortion of a display layer on the surface of the card and printing on the display layer. SOLUTION: This IC card is equipped with an IC module 2 constituted by mounting an IC chip 24 on a base 21, and a card body 3 having two base sheets 31 pressed and fitted in a state of holding the IC module 2 between them. The card body 3 has the surface 3a smoothed by polishing. The display layer 42 is provided on the surface 3a of the card body 3. The display layer 42 is a reversible display layer rewritable. |
