发明名称 ADSORBING AND REMOVING METHOD OF NOX AND MANUFACTURE OF ADSORBENT
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To convert the greater part of NOx regenerated in the period of desorption into nitric acid to diminish NO2 by bringing the oxygen-contg. gas containing Nox without drying the gas into contact with an adsorbent which is obtained by heating and dehydrating tuff such as mordenite, adsorbing and removing NOx. CONSTITUTION:Mordenite or/and clinoptilolite series natural tuff is crushed to, for example, 3-30 mesh and heated at 350-600 deg.C to desorb the water content. When the oxygen-contg. gas such as air contg. NOx and water is passed through an adsorption tower packed with the obtained adsorbent and brought into contact with the absorbent, NOx and water are adsorbed at ordinary temp. and the discharged gas is made pure gas. When the adsorption is continued for constant period after starting the adsorption, NOx or the like is broken through the thereafter the adsorbing operation is finished at the point of time and the desorbing operation is started. The desorbing operation is performed while heating the adsorbent at 350-600 deg.C by passing small quantity of purging gas thereto.</p>
