PURPOSE:To obtain a motor of very unique radial gap type and high performance, by a method wherein a single-hole magnet magnetized in the axial direction is used for a DC motor of radial gap type and is arranged confronting to a core via pole teeth of soft magnetic substance. CONSTITUTION:So far as a motor of radial gap type arranged in the radial direction with a stator core 7 provided with a stator coil 2 confronting to a rotor magnet 100 attached to a rotor yoke 300 is concerned, a single-pole magnet magnetized in the axial direction with one side for N pole and the other side for S pole is used for the rotor magnet 100. And magnet teeth 11, 12 of soft magnetic susbstance are provided so that the rotor magnet 100 may be contained, and the N pole magnet teeth 11 and the S pole magnet teeth 12 are formed to be alternately arranged from the viewpoint of the stator core 7 side. As the result, the partial precision of magnetic poles which is sufficiently high can be obtained, and magnetic unevenness can be almost eliminated. |
