PROCESS FOR THE PRODUCTION OF HYDROCARBON OIL DISTILLATES Distillates are produced from asphaltenes-containing hydrocarbon mixtures by a process comprising subjecting the hydrocarbon mixtures to a catalytic hydrotreatment, and subjecting the distillation residue of the hydroconverted product to a combination of solvent deasphalting and thermal cracking.
