<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical resonator provided with a phase modulation function which is superior in temperature stability. SOLUTION: Reflection films 12a and 12b are provided on two opposing end faces of an electro-optical crystal substrate 11, optical paths 13A and 13B through which optical beams L1 and L2 causing optical resonance pass, respectively, are formed, and electrodes 14A and 14B used for applying independent electric fields, corresponding to the respective optical paths 13A and 13B, are provided.</p> |
