PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact heat exchange having a simple construction. SOLUTION: The heat exchanger comprises an outer tube 3 for allowing a preheating fluid to flow in its interior, a partitioning member 6 for partitioning the interior of the outer tube 3 into a first space and a second space arranged vertically adjacently with each other, and a heat transfer tube 7 for allowing a heat source fluid to flow. The partitioning member 6 comprises a first partitioning plate 21 having a hole 21a for positioning the heat transfer tube 7, a second partitioning plate 22 having a hole 22a for positioning the tube 7 and disposed parallelly with the first positioning plate 21 to form a space between the two plates 21 and 22, and an annular sealing member 23 disposed around the tube 7 and provided between the first plate 21 and the second plate 22. The annular sealing member 23 has a peripheral wall thickness larger than the clearance between the heat transfer tube 7 and at least either the hole 21a or the hole 22a. |
