PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic member which exhibits glittering effects even though a luster pigment usually giving only luster effects due to its particle size is employed, or enhances glittering effects of a pigment having already glittering effects. SOLUTION: The plastic member comprises a luster pigment comprising a metallic or highly photorefractive pigment particle or platelet having a shape and an arrangement each mainly in two dimensions and a hollow or non-hollow particle having a substantially isometric shape and a diameter of 10-200μm.
