PURPOSE:To obtain a composite sheetlike material having improved oil and hydrolytic resistance, by applying a polyurethane elastomer consisting of a high polymer diol containing a specific amount or more of a specific glycol, an organic isocyanate and a chain extender, etc. to a fiber sheet. CONSTITUTION:A dispersion or solution of a polyurethane elastomer synthesized from a poly(epsilon-caprolactone)glycol obtained by polymerizing epsilon-caprolactone in the presence of a compound expressed by the formula (R<1> and R<2> are lower aliphatic group; R<3> is 1-10C alkylene; n is 0 or 1) in an amount of at least >=50wt% contained in a high polymer diol constituting the polyurethane elastomer, an organic polyisocyanate, e.g. toluylene diisocyanate, and e.g. ethylene glycol, as a chain extender and if necessary end terminator, is applied to a fiber sheet consisting of ultrafine fibers having <=0.1 denier fineness, and coagulated to give the aimed composite sheet having improved oil and hydrolytic resistance and improved feeling and impact resilience.
