A cross-shaped vibrating hole(24) carries into a heating chamber(2) a high cycle wave radiated from a high cycle oscillator(3). It(24) is formed on a rotary circle plate(21). An adiabatic part(25) is formed on the rotary circle plate(21) to avoid contact with the concentrated electrical charge of the metallic pieces(23). The adiabatic part(25) forms a gap between the metallic piece(23) and a plate(22). The gap is formed by a convex part(27) which separates the metallic pieces(23) from the plate(22). The adiabatic part(25) is a concave part.
