PURPOSE:To increase the friction function of an elastic tire and apply the mechanical anti-skid function by providing rigid disk-like anti-skid plates capable of being rotated in onr body with the elastic tire and larger than the elastic tire in diameter on both sides of the elastic tire. CONSTITUTION:A disk 13 formed in one body with a rim 12 is fitted to an axle 11, and an elastic tire 14 made of a hollow rubber tire is fitted to the rim 12. Rigid disk-like anti-skid plates 15 made of a steel plate or the like are arranged on both sides of the elastic tire 14, and they are coaxially fixed to the tire 14 and the disk 13 with bolts 16 or the like. The said plate 15 is made larger than the tire 14 in diameter, and multiple teeth 17 are formed on its outer periphery. Accordingly, when the tire 14 is grounded, the upper plate 15 bites into the ground surface 18 to prevent a skid, and even when the air pressure of the tire 14 is decreased and the grounded area is increased, deformation or buckling can be prevented. |
