PURPOSE:To enable to perform a plurality of kneading treatments by one unit of the titled extruder in a short period of time and at a small space, by a method wherein a treatment part is divided and formed, a screw which is kneadable and transferrable of a material, an additive or an adhesive agent is provided in a penetrating state and a carrier is fixed between treatment parts. CONSTITUTION:Hoppers 11, 12 are filled respectively, for example, with powdery materials A, B and no-load running of a screw 2 and a pump 17 is performed. The powdery material A dropped into a treatment part 5 from the hopper 11 advances in order to a partition 4 side while the material A is being agitated by a flight 15 of the screw 2, receives supply of an additive from a supply port 8 and leaves for a communicating port 19 while the material A is being mixed with the additive. On the one hand, the powdery material B dropped into a treatment part 6 from the hopper 12 is left for the partition 4 side while the material B is being agitated by the flight 15 of the screw 2, for example, sprinkled from a supply port 10, reached to a communicating port 18, sucked up by the pump 17 from the inside of the treatment part 6 and supplied into the first treatment part 5. The powdery materials A, B are left for the direction of the partition 4 within the treatment part 5 while they are being mixed and kneaded, and extruded outside through an extruding port 14. |
