PURPOSE:To positively maintain the stability of burning by containing the quantity of state and operating values within the allowable range when they deviate from the allowable range. CONSTITUTION:The comparation between respective uqantities of state or operating values that are measured and the standard values is performed by a computer for display on the CRT screen in order to immediately inderstand a malfunction and to analyze its probable cause. For instance, when the flame scanner output is lower than the lower limit, GR damper, SGR damper, OFA damper, air box damper and damper for setting the differential pressure of furnace air box are sequentially operated within the range in which respective operating values do not step over the allowable limits so that the flame scanner output falls within the allowable range. When the SH steam temperature difference became large enough to deviate out of the allowable range, the heat conducting surface is cleaned by soot blow. |
