PURPOSE:To complete freely a talking between incoming/outgoing subscribers forcibly by transmitting a voice by talkie to a busy channel so as to urge the incoming/outgoing subscribers to hook on. CONSTITUTION:In completing a call forcibly between the incoming/outgoing station 3a, 3b, a controller 22 of a central station connects a talkie equipment 25 to an idle voice line signal line carrier (SCPC)MODEM, e.g., an SCPCMODEM18n via a relay line interface 20. Then any of frequencies assigned to the incoming/outgoing stations is set to the SCPCMODEM18n via a frequency synthesizer so as to transmit a talkie sound. Then the frequency of the SCPCMODEM 18n is set to one of the remaining frequencies and then the talkie sound is transmitted again. |
