发明名称 METHOD OF COLLAPSING CLINKER GROWING IN FLUIDIZED LAYER
摘要 PURPOSE:To cause the clinker to collapse in a short time by having part of burnt exhaust gas to flow through nozzles disposed in a fluidized layer. CONSTITUTION:A damper 13c for supplying air to a cell in which the clinker 18 has grown is shut off, and a damper 17c for supplying burnt exhaust gas is opened to allow the burnt exhaust gas to be supplied by a pressurizing fan 15. The burnt exhaust gas passes through an air box 2c and nozzles 3, and contacts the clinker 18. In this instance, as the burnt exhaust gas contains a large amount of CO2 and moisture in comparison with the air, and the temperature of the fluidized layer immediately after the shutoff is relatively high, CO2 and H2O react to CaO which is the primary constituent of clinker to cause the clinkder 18 to collapse in a short time.
