PURPOSE:To clearly indicate the classification of print pitches being selected and used at present by a method in which input data are stored and a back-up power source for protection is supplied. CONSTITUTION:Data are put in MPU44 by operation of a pitch switching key 10d, and signals to work any one of LED12a-12c is stored in a latch circuit 46 by control of an address coder 45. In the case of input signal of 10 letters per inch, when the key 10d is operated one time, LED12a is lit through an inverter 47a to indicate a graduation 8a. Also, in the case of 12 pitches, when the key 10d is further operated one time, LED12b is lit through an inverter 47b. An indicator corresponding to a selected printing pitch is driven, when the kinds of printing pitches, the position of printing, and printable letters can be easily judged at a glance on the graduations. |
