PURPOSE:To simplify the controller by employing two-step control valve for air to be led to the fuel path for main nozzle of variable Venturi carburetor and leading small amount of air under deceleration at the first step while large amount of air under stoppage at the second step. CONSTITUTION:First valve body 31 closable upon power supply to first solenoid 29 while provided with a through-hole 39 and a throttle opening 38 is provided in a path 25 for leading the air from the upstream of Venturi to main nozzle to be inserted with the needle of a variable Venturi carburetor. Second valve body 32 for opening/closing a throttle opening 38 is arranged in the central cavity 37 of the valve 31 to be closed upon power supply to second solenoid 30. Under normal operation of engine, the valve 31 is closed through turning off of keyswitch SW41 to close the valve 32 through disabling of a deceleration detector 46 thus to prevent air supply. While under deceleration, the valve 31 will close while the valve 32 will open to feed small amount of air thus to feed only small amount of fuel. Under engine stop, both solenoids 29, 30 are disabled to open both valves 31, 32 through the force of spring 36 thus to supply large amount of air and to prevent run-on. |
