ETHYLENE POLYMER RESIN FOR EXTRUSION LAMINATION PROCESSING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ethylene polymer resin for an extrusion lamination processing which has an excellent draw down property while maintaining good neck-in tendency. SOLUTION: The resin has MFR at 190 deg.C of 5 g/10 min or more and a strain hardening degreeλin the monoaxial elongational viscosity of 0.4-0.76 at 130 deg.C, monoaxial elongational speed of 1.0 s<-1> and monoaxial elongational strain of 1.5-3.0. The ethylene polymer resin is a low density polyethylene.
