PURPOSE:To reduce the time required for cutting a master disc by increasing a track pitch of an interblock region between a data part and a data managing information part of an optical disc used exclusively for reproduction. CONSTITUTION:When a switch 10 selects a high voltage VH, an optial carrying stand 7 is moved at a high speed and when a low voltage VL is selected, the stand is moved at a low speed. Then the switch 10 selects the low voltage VL in regions 1, 2 recording data and data managing information in cutting the master disc and the switch 10 selects the high voltage VH in the region 3 where no data and data managing information are recorded. Thus, in the region 3 where neither the data nor the data managing information is recorded, the track pitch is increased and the time required for cutting the master disc is reduced. |
