PURPOSE:To replace a developer efficiently when the developer containing a carrier and a toner is used, by making it possible to set a developing device to a recorder only when a magnetic angle adjusting mechanism adjusts the magnet body to a normal magnetic angle for development. CONSTITUTION:When a developing device 1 is set and attached to a prescribed position of a pedestal 6 supporting photosensitive body, the developing device 1 is guided and attached by engagement of a guide receiving member 5 with a guide member 7 of this pedestal; and if the magnetic angle of the magnet body is adjusted to the normal state, a projecting part 47 of a magnetic angle adjusting plate 44 of a magnetic angle adjusting mechanism 4 is engaged with a groove 8 of the pedestal 6, and the developing device 1 is moved in the direction of an arrow and can be set and attached to the prescribed position. However, if the magnetic angle of the magnet body is not adjusted to the normal state, the developing device 1 cannot be set and attached to the prescribed position because the projecting part 47 is not engaged with the groove 8. |
