PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reaction pipe for measuring directly the actual temperature and pressure of a high-temperature high-pressure fluid and a system using the reaction pipe. SOLUTION: This high-temperature high-pressure reaction pipe equipped with an inexpensive temperature sensor and a gas tube is obtained by inserting the Inconel (R)-made temperature sensor in the high-temperature high-pressure fluid, which can be prepared by mixing any or all of a solvent, organic matter and inorganic matter, heated to ordinary temperature to 600 deg.C, pressurized to normal pressure to 40 MPa and used for performing any or all of solvolysis reaction, oxidation reaction and thermal decomposition reaction under ordinary temperature atmospheric pressure condition to the high-temperature high-pressure condition, and arranging the Inconel (R) -made gas tube which is manufactured by combining stainless steel tubes with swaged lock joints and used for both of pressure measurement and gas sampling and whose diameter is made so small as to cause no disturbance in the reaction system. This reaction and test system is constituted by arranging the reaction pipe and an electric furnace or another heating means for heating the reaction tube for performing the reaction and/or a test of the high-temperature high-pressure fluid. The before-mentioned gas sampling is carried out by sampling a very small amount of the high-temperature high- pressure fluid safely by operating a valve during the reaction.
