PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machining device for a ringed workpiece dispensing with centering of the ringed workpiece and capable of highly precisely machining its full surface. SOLUTION: This machining device for the ringed workpiece, which grinds a work 9 heat-treated into a high-rigidity one, is provided with a main spindle 3 rotatably supported on a headstock 2 fixed on a bed 1, a magnet chuck 4 attached to one end of the main spindle 3 and coaxially rotating along with the main spindle 3, and a three-claw chuck 8 attached to one end of a sub spindle 7 having the rotation axis accorded with the main spindle 3 and coaxially rotating along with the sub spindle 3. The three-claw chuck 8 delivers the work 9 restricted by the three-claw chuck to the magnet chuck 4 with the respective rotation axes of the work and the magnet chuck 4 accorded with each other (coaxially).
