The invention relates to a double-walled metal pipeline for the evacuation or ducting of hot gases. This pipeline consists of two pipes 1 and 2 securely fastened by one or more joining beads 1b and 2b, forming retaining rings, interlocked with one another, produced by knurling at one of the ends of the pipes; the bead 1a serving to maintain the annular spacing between the two pipes 1 and 2 is also used as an interlocking stop. The sealing in the region of the interlocking may be reinforced by mounting O-rings in the hollow of the beads 1b. Main uses: chimneys for evacuating smoke from gas combustion appliances. <IMAGE>
