PURPOSE:To prevent internal resistance rising at the last stage of discharging with no lowering of cell discharging capacitance by making a collector so as to have its occupied volume of the specified percentage compared with the volume of anode active material. CONSTITUTION:When collector 7 volume occupies over 1% of the volume of anode composing material 4, the preventive effectiveness against internal resistance rising at the last stage of discharging is recognized. And in contrast, when the collector 7 volume exceeds 10% of the anode composing material volume, the lowering of discharging capacitance is recognized. Since the collector 7 becomes larger by above reason, and when the volume of the anode and cathode active material may not be reduced by the volume, the total volume of these materials may be exceeded the cell measurement after its completion. And, when the thickness ratio of the collector 7 to the anode composing material 4 is in the range of 2-20%, the internal resistance rising is prevented. By this way, by making the mode collector so as to have its occupied volume of proper size, the internal resistance rising at the last stage of discharging is prevented with no lowering of the cell discharging capacitance. |
