PURPOSE:To manufacture easily the titled plural-layered sintered member by using a device consisting of a die, plural lower punches and upper punches, and a core rod in manufacturing the plural-layered sintered member having plural different material layers in the radial direction. CONSTITUTION:When a double-layered sintered body consisting of an inside member 1 and an outside member 2 in the radial direction is manufactured, a molding device consisting of a die 3, lower punches 4 and 5, an upper punch 7, and a core rod 9 is used. The upper surface of the die 3 and the upper surfaces of the lower punches 4 and 5 and the core rod 9 are kept in the same plane, and then the die 3, the lower punch 4, and the core rod 9 are moved upward. A powdery material 6 for the inside layer is packed into a space formed over the upper surface of the lower punch 5. Then after the upper punch 7 is moved downward, the lower punch 5 is moved upward to mold the material. Then the upper punch 7 is moved upward and the lower punch 4 is moved downward, and a powdery material 8 for the outside layer is packed into the formed void and compression-molded in the same way as above. The formed 2-layered molded body is taken out from the compaction device, and sintered to manufacture a double-layered sintered member consisting of two layers of different materials in the radial direction.
