Device for obtaining hydraulic power and/or an alternating motion by utilising flowing water. The invention relates to a device for enabling the pressure of mains water to be utilised, for recovering this water which remains clean and drinkable and for obtaining, in a very simple manner, a powerful thrust converted into motion and energy. It comprises a cylinder with base 1 in which a plate 2 serving as piston travels freely. Apertures arranged in the plate allow a rubber bladder 3 to be fixed to it using drilled and threaded pins 4 and 5. Nuts 16 clamp the bladder under the shoulder of the pins, thereby providing a sealed connection. A steel pin 8 fixed to the piston transmits the motion of the latter. A spring 9 pushes the piston back and permits delivery of the water. The valves 6 and 7 fixed on a support 17 are controlled by a set of articulated arms 10 operating slides with springs 11 and 12. A rod 13 activates the system at the desired moments by means of a port 14 and a fixed shaft 15. <IMAGE>
