PURPOSE:To omit an exclusive diagnosis processing controller and to attain a simple constitution of a controller diagnosis system, by providing a diagnosis processing function to a controller with addition of a detection circuit for diagnosis control signal and a feedback signal selecting circuit which selects the feedback signal between the normal control and diagnosis modes. CONSTITUTION:A controller 16 supplies both the control signal and the diagnosis control signal to a controller 20 to be tested, and these signals are detected for execution of the diagnosis. In a normal working mode the feedback signal system is actuated; while the diagnosis feedback signal system is actuated in a faulty working mode. For the purpose of said diagnosis, a feedback signal selecting circuit 17 is added together with a diagnosis control signal detecting circuit 18, the control signal and diagnosis control signal drive circuits 19 and 25, the feedback signal and diagnosis feedback signal receiver circuits 21 and 23, etc. When a fault is detected, the controller 16 transmits the diagnosis control signal to the circuit 18. While the circuit 17 selects the diagnosis feedback signal and sends it to the controller 16 to detect a faulty state of the controller 20. |
