PURPOSE:To make improvements in stacking stability ever so better, by controlling a stacking device for only such paper sheets that should be housed in the corresponding stacking device. CONSTITUTION:Each signal indicating a classification of bank notes is stored in shift registers 71a, 71b..., and synchronous control over each of impellers 60a, 60b... where these notes should be stacked only at a time when the said signal shifted to the specified bit of these shift registers 71a and 71b and an AND signal of detection output of paper sheet detectors 70m and 70n being set up in the specified position of a section conveying passage 42 are secured. Therefore, even when several kinds of notes of Pa and Pb are conveyed, they are individually controlled in substance in consequence, whereas it will do for only these notes as the stacking object, so that control time for these notes as the stacking object is increasable, thus stacking stability is well improvable. |
