PURPOSE:To align and feed fruits with accuracy and high efficiency by providing a set of three brush rolls, making the terminal end of the central roll sorter to serve as a junction portion, and wrapping the leading end of a connection belt conveyer round a polygonal driver to drive the conveyer. CONSTITUTION:Fruits fed from a chute 19 to brush rolls 1, 1, 1' are transferred by the transport force of brushes, and aligned at the junction portion 2 by action of the brush rolls 1, 1 to be delivered to a connection conveyer 4. At the starting end portion of the connection conveyer 4, exciting force is applied to the fruits to be rotated by a polygonal driver 5. Accordingly, even if the fruits drops one over another at the junction portion, the fruits are reliably separated from each other by vibration to be aligned in a line correctly. Such vibration produces an effect of diffusing fruits, so that the fruits can be separated one by one to be transferred onto a fruit selection conveyer 3 efficiently. Thus, the selection accuracy can be improved. |
