PURPOSE:To obtain a stationary power converter which outputs a stable output due to abrupt increase or decrease of an input voltage by setting the upper and lower limit values of a reference voltage, and controlling the conduction rate of chopper so that the output voltage falls within the set voltage range. CONSTITUTION:A control system of a stationary power converter CH has a detector DCPT of an output voltage Vout, an amplifier AMP for amplifying a deviation between the voltage Vout and a reference voltage Vp instructed externally, low and high priority circuits L, H, a phase shifter APPS for converting the output of the priority circuit H into a conduction rate (r), and a voltage detector DCPT for detecting an inner volage Vin. The circuits L, H compare the outputs of voltage setters HV, LV for setting the upper limit Vp+alpha and the lower limit Vp-alpha of the output voltage Vout on the basis of the input voltage Vin with the output (deviation) of the amplifier AMP. Thus, when the output (deviation) of the amplifier AMP falls within the + or -alpha, the rate (r) is controlled in response to the deviation, and when exceeds the range, the rate (r) is controlled in response to the + or -alpha. |
