PURPOSE:To form uniformly numerous pieces of beads with less man-hour and shorter time by forming plural lines of beads in order at regular intervals of time on a piece of plate material and by working the plural lines of the central part of the plate material in advance and then those of the outside thereof, in case of press work for the deck floor of a motor truck. CONSTITUTION:A plate material is put on a lower die 2 and an inner slide 5 is descended and No.1, No.2, No.3 bead forming punches 9, 10, 11 are descended via a driver cam 14. In this case, an outer ring 25 is descended via No.2 cam mechanism in the order of larger inclination of the cam faces 20, 21, 22 (but 21, 22 are not shown in figure) of each top face of the punches 9, 10, 11 which are divided into plural pieces, i.e., in the order of punches 9, 10, 11. The plural lines of the central part of the plate material at first, then the plural lines positioned at the outside thereof and further the plural lines of the outside thereof are thus formed at regular intervals of time. After the descent of the punch 11, the formation is performed by an inner holder 8 itself. |
