PURPOSE:To efficiently form a thick coating layer having excellent capacity, by applying a liquid corrosion resistant paint having good adhesiveness to the surface of a matrix pipe and applying a corrosion resistant paint comprising hard particles onto the coated paint layer while gradually increasing the dispersing amount thereof. CONSTITUTION:The lower layer 2 formed onto the inner surface of a sewage concrete matrix pipe 1 comprises a paint having good adhesiveness, for example, a tar/epoxy paint and the upper layer 3 thereof comprises layers formed by dispersing inorg. particles having good corrosion resistance such as slica sand so as successively increase the ratio thereof and 70% or more of the surface comprises particles and is formed into a multiple layer with a thickness of 1mm. or more. The pipe having the above mentioned coating layers is obtained by a method wherein a liquid corrosion resistant adhesive is applied to the pipe at first by utilizing the centrifugal force of the rotary pipe and, thereafter, corrosion resistant particles are scattered on the adhesive layer to perform coating.
