PURPOSE:To make it possible to efficiently perform treatment, by injecting washing water to the precipitate of the receiving tank of a purification tank of excretion to wash said precipitate. CONSTITUTION:Sludge or raw excretion is withdrawn from purification tanks 1, 2 while a suction hose 18 is inserted into storage parts 1b, 2b from charging ports 1a, 2a. In this state, washing water such as tap water is supplied to the suction nozzle 20 provided to the leading end of the suction hose 18 from a water supply pipe 22 and a vacuum pump 15 is operated. By this mechanism, washing water is injected toward a precipitate P from a large number of jet orifices 21 provided to the leading end of the suction nozzle 20 to wash the precipitate P while a tank 3 is brought to a negative pressure state, and the precipitate P and washing water are sucked into the tank 3 from the suction nozzle 20 through the suction hose 18.
