PURPOSE:To improve productivity and to reduce cost by providing a notched groove to the peripheral wall of a hole for assembling a rotating body and heating and pressing the top end of fulcrum shaft to the notched groove part thereby engaging and fixing the shaft to the hole. CONSTITUTION:At least one notched recess 4 is provided to the peripheral wall 2' of the hole for assembling a rotating body 1. The top end of the fulcrum shaft 3 fitted into the hole 2 is heated by an electrode, etc. and is pushed into the hole toward the axial center. The deviated thickness wall 3' crushed and bulged outward is engaged 6 into the notch 4 so as to be packed therein, thereby fixing the shaft 3 and the body 1. The body 1 and the shaft 3 are respectively, separately and easily produced. The coupling of the shaft 3 and the body 1 is made possible by the above-mentioned method. The production is thus made simpler and the productivity higher. The mass production system is made possible, by which the cost is reduced. |
