PURPOSE:To reduce the fluctuation of a current flowing to an output transistor (TR) by using a current source whose current is changed in response to a signal in place of a constant current circuit in an output circuit. CONSTITUTION:An emitter of a PNPTR13 is connected to a power terminal 1 via a resistor 14. A diode 16 connected in series with a load resistor 15 is connected between a collector of an NPNTR5 and a power terminal 1 as a load for a differential amplifier 7, the connecting point between the load resistor 15 and the diode 16 is connected to the base of an NPNTR9 and the cathode of the diode 16 is connected to the base of the PNPTR13. A current mirror circuit 17 is connected between the emitter of the TR9 and the collector of the TR13. The current mirror circuit 17 consists of a diode 18 and the NPNTR19. |
