PURPOSE:To make such a strip material as being excellent in accuracy deliverable with simple constitution, by winding up the strip material out of a deliver reel on a takeup reel with smaller force than braking force of the reel. CONSTITUTION:In the case where a cleaning web 5 is delivered to a cleaning device for a sensitive body, a web 5 rolled on a delivery reel 6 is rolled round a takeup reel 8 via an intermediate pressing roller 7. A lever 9 supporting the roller 7 is turned to move in a counterclockwise direction, making the web 5 contact with the sensitive body 3. The reel 6 gives proper braking force to the web 5, while the reel 8 is rotatable only in a clockwise direction via a clutch 17, and frictional driving force being smaller than the braking force of the reel 6 is given to the web 5. With rotation of a cam 16, the lever 9 moves forward till the roller 7 hits a backup member 18 by means of a spring 12, so that the web 5 is pulled as far as for a portion for movement of the roller 7 and delivered, thus it is rolled round the reel 8. |
