Novel fluorinated alkenylene diamine derivatives are inhibitors of ornithine decarboxylase enzyme and have the following general Formula I:- wherein: Rc represents hydrogen or -COR5, where R5 is as defined below; R1 represents hydrogen or C1-C6 alkyl; one of R2 and R3 represents hydrogen and the other represents C1-C6 alkyl; R5 represents hydroxy or C1-C8 alkoxy; m and n independently represent 0 or 1 but m + n = 0 or 1; p represents 1 or 2.
