The invention relates to a device for fastening a loudspeaker to a predetermined point on a vehicle. The device has a frame (11) which is provided with a plurality of mounting plates (13) which extend radially outwards from the frame (11) and have a bolt hole (14). Each mounting plate (13) has perforations (15) in the vicinity of and along the frame (11), so that they can be selectively separated and removed along the perforations (15), in order to adapt the entire device to the structure of a hole or a recess which is provided in a vehicle to accommodate a loudspeaker. The remaining mounting plates (13) engage on the hole and/or the recess and accommodate a bolt, in order to fasten the loudspeaker at the predetermined point. <IMAGE>
